Deer Park Monastery

Colors of Compassion is a film that documents a retreat held at Deer Park Monastery in 2004. It was a retreat for People of Color led by Zen Buddhist Master, Thich Nhat Hanh, or ‘Thay‘ as he was lovingly called (teacher). Mindfulness was at the heart of his teachings during the retreat.
